image2This holiday, Nintendo has brought back the classic back to our living room with their NES Classic edition. Just like the original Nintendo system, you’ll be able to play the classic NES games that many have enjoy; the featured games gives you the nostalgia experiences you enjoyed when playing your favorite classic games. And just like the original Nintendo, it comes in a same system design that the original is known for — but slightly smaller for the portable option.

The system also features classic 30 NES games that are all accessible within the system, so you’ll have variety of library of classic games to choose. Some of the known Nintendo titles that are featured with the system are: Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, and Donkey Kong. The system also feature some of their famous sequels like: Super Mario Bros. 2 & 3, The Legend of Zelda 2 – The Adventure of Link, and Donkey Kong 2. The system doesn’t just feature first party alone, as they also feature classic third party games that are also Nintendo’s biggest hit. Some of the featured third party games are: Megaman 2, Final Fantasy, Ninja Gaiden, and Bubble Bobble.

The system is also designed to be compatible with HDTVs, so you’ll be able to enjoy the games in full HD screen experiences without the need to bring out your old TV set. The wires for the controllers, however, are short just like the original controllers; so this may hinder your experience from playing anywhere freely as you like, and limit you to be near the system’s perimeter.image3

The NES Classic edition is retailing for $59.99, and is available where games are sold. But just like every holiday, this is one of the hottest item now; so finding one or obtaining one may be difficult — depending on where you may live. If you have the opportunity, be sure to pick up this amazing nostalgic game system — and play it with power, the Nintendo way.
