First Second, Macmillan Children’s Publishing, Coming to SDCC

Con attendees who are avid readers know that San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) is a great place to check out new books! Many book publishers bring authors for panels and signings, and often give away free books to attendees who drop by their booths. First Second and Fierce Reads/Macmillan Children’s Publishing have both announced their plans for this year’s con, which will be held July 20-23, 2017.
Appearing at the Macmillan booth on the Exhibit Floor (booth #2800/2802) will be:
– Tomi Adeyemi, author of the Children of Blood and Bone series
– Leigh Bardugo, New York Times bestselling author of the Shadow and Bone trilogy
– Michael Dante DiMartino, co-creator of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra
– Marissa Meyer, New York Times bestselling author of the Lunar Chronicles
– Dan Santat – Caldecott Medal winner and New York Times bestselling author of The Adventures of Beekle
