Twin Peaks Comes to SDCC 2017

by Transmute Jun

This has been a great year for fans of Twin Peaks, David Lynch’s groundbreaking series that revolved around the mysterious death of Laura Palmer. The series came back after 25 years, picking up where it left off, with many of the same characters (and actors) re-visiting their original roles. Now, Showtime has announced that Twin Peaks will have a strong presence at San Diego Comic Con (SDCC), to be held July 20-23.

On Friday, July 21, there will be a Twin Peaks panel in Hall H from 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm, with cast members Kyle MacLachlan, Tim Roth, Dana Ashbrook, Kimmy Robertson, Everett McGill, Matthew Lillard, James Marshall, Don Murray, and Naomi Watts. After the panel, select cast members will be available for autographs at the Entertainment Earth booth #2343, from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.  The Entertainment Earth booth will also be offering Funko Twin Peaks products, including a Funko Pop 2-pack of Agent Cooper and Laura Palmer.

To top it all off, that same evening at 10 pm in Room 6A, Showtime will offer a sneak peek of Part 11 of Twin Peaks, before it is aired nationally.
